WHAT TO EXPECT

Ready to try something New and Exciting!!! Have fun getting fit AND without the stress on your joints! Our Rebound Aerobics classes consist of about 30 minutes of Aerobic routine to high energy dance/club remixes, you will adjust to the feel of the boots within minutes. This is followed by some light muscle conditioning using the boots, then stretching.  TIPS: It is recommended for your comfort to wear higher socks (not ankle) , bring a towel (you will sweat!) and of course water..and get ready to have FUN!

Other: Not recommended for individuals who are pregnant. If you feel you may have any other health concerns that you think might prevent you from attending this class, please email us, our class may be adaptable depending on your needs.
